About Me

RETIRED COLLEGE TEACHERS' ASSOCIATION: Soon after the hearing the announcement of separate statehood to Telangana, the then RCTA Executive met more than once to prepare modified constitution for both the States and to decide the ratio in which the existing funds be distributed among the two after their bifurcation. On 20-05-2014 the elections for both the Executives are conducted separately for RCTA-AP and RCTA-Telangana. With effect from 02-06-2014, the formation day of the new State, the two Executives took charge of their respective RCTAs. As the newly elected RCTA.AP General Secretary is from Rajahmundry, the RCTA Office is temporarily established there in 2014. Soon after the announcement of Amaravathi as the new capital of AP State, RCTA.AP Office is shifted from Rajahmundry to Vijayawada in April 2016.
