The State Council Meeting of the Retired College Teachers' Association, Andhra Pradesh was held on 25-02-2018 at Chittoor.  Prof. B.Partha Sarathy, General Secretary, AIFRUCTO attended the Conference as Chief Guest. He addressed the General Council and explained the latest position on the 2016 UGC Pay Revision for Pensioners. Later he was felicitated by Chittoor Unit of RCTA.AP.
