PRE-2006 RETIREES PENSION PARITY

       AIFRUCTO is fighting for Pension parity of Pre-2006 Retirees. As per GO Ms No.54, all the Selection Grade Lecturers, who completed 3 years as SGL, were placed at 50 % minimum of the pay in the Pay Band plus grade pay i.e. 37,400-67,000 (+9,000 AGP) at Rs.23,200 and Principals, Joint Directors and Regional Joint Directors of Higher Education were placed at 50 % minimum of the pay in the pay band plus grade pay i.e. 37,400-67000(+10,000 AGP) at Rs.23,700 irrespective of the length of service in the scale. So, there is no parity of pension between junior and senior. This is injustice to seniors. AIFRUCTO is planning to file a case in the court of law on behalf of these sufferers. The possibility is that only those who go to the court would be benefited. So all the Unit Presidents and Secretaries are requested to collect data of such members as per the proforma enclosed and to send the same to the General Secretary at the earliest. The District Presidents and Secretaries are requested to coordinate with their Units.
