GO Ms.No.46 dt. 15-07-2016 - Recovery waived for GO Ms.No.31 sufferers

"Government after careful examination hereby order to waive the recovery of pension araised due to implementation of Court orders and continue them under UGC consolidation without any option to switchover to State scales for their advantages."
